The “Turbo” models have larger
more powerful elements. They are designed to cope
with the extra demand required during extremely busy
periods. These busy “pinch points” can be made
easier with the addition of a turbo fryer added to
the cook line. The larger elements ensure that the
oil can recover to its pre-set temperature very
quickly, this can reduce the downtime between each
batch cooked.

PENSION 2
The Pension 2 twin pan fryers are two
individual fryers in one, with each having it’s own
set of controls. During quieter periods one half of
the fryer can be switched off helping to conserve
energy and oil costs.
