The Batter Tray Holder is made to fit all Valentine fryers (except Built-in), from 400 mm wide. It is designed to hold a 1/3rd GN container and securely fixes onto the front of the fryer. The 1/3rd GN container (not supplied) is easily replaced for use in a busy kitchen when coating food items with batter. Manufactured from food grade stainless steel for easy hygienic cleaning and sterlisation.
