Returns Policy

▪Goods are not sold on a trial basis unless prior agreement is made with a Company Director.

▪Goods can be returned for credit up to 28 days from purchase, subject to the following:

Goods which have been ordered incorrectly will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Valentine Equipment Ltd or Cuisine Equipment Ltd.

▪Goods returned must have a copy of the original delivery note or invoice enclosed.

▪Returned goods will only be accepted if they are undamaged, have not been used and are in a resalable condition.

▪It is the responsibility of the sender to prove that the equipment was in perfect condition when it was returned.

▪Photographic evidence of undamaged equipment will be requested in the event of the unit being damaged on return. Without evidence, all damage, whether caused prior to dispatch or in transit, will be charged to the sender.

▪All returns should be advised to or by calling 0118 957 1344 prior to their dispatch.

▪Customers returning machines with original packaging and/or boxes missing or damaged will be charged for these items according to current list prices.

▪Restocking fees of £155 per machine and £32 per spare or accessory returned will be charged.

▪Additional cancellation or return fees may be charged in the case of special orders, any such charges will be advised on/before acceptance of your order.

▪Customers are responsible for returning all goods, ensuring that they are adequately packaged and for obtaining proof of delivery. We cannot guarantee that refunds will be processed for goods returned without proof of delivery.

▪All packaging and carriage charges for returning any goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

▪A collection service may be requested for goods being returned. All charges in respect of this service will be advised prior to the collection being arranged.
